Dispatch goes out over email and SMS on an approved messaging campaign, with the trip’s secure portal link included. Prerequisites are enforced before dispatch — driver, carrier, cost, and allocation have to be in place — so trips don’t go out half-configured.

Drivers open a secure, tokenized link — no account creation, no app install:
- GPS location pings while on the trip
- Freight photos and document capture (PODs, BOLs) straight to storage

Pay without spreadsheets
Set per-driver pay configuration, calculate draft statements from actual miles and approved reimbursable expenses, and approve them to make them visible to the driver. Pending expenses never touch the books, and payroll is visible only to your organization.
