Invoicing agent
- Watches for invoices that are ready to send: delivered order, verified proof of delivery, resolvable recipient.
- Sends automatically when everything checks out — invoice PDF plus the verified POD, from the tenant’s own verified sender address.
- Escalates instead of guessing — an unmet requirement raises a single, deduplicated escalation to the org’s admins rather than a wrong send.
- The send decision is deterministic — no AI model decides where money moves — and an idempotency outbox guarantees a customer is never double-invoiced.
- Inbound invoice replies thread back into the platform, where a conservative email agent triages safe intents and escalates anything touching money.
Tracking agent
